Asking $75. Tc-3alm207bar catalina dot-3al3000as200839m4002 04c99 s80 last inspection 10-10. Includes Dacor Sportster regulator. Here are some pics:

I am in West Palm Beach, FL.
 
on the lower section of the tank it appears as though there is a bubble in the paint. Is that a water spot of a paint blister?
