Are there many oportunities to cave dive in the US? Where in the Weset can you take the cave diver course?

Yes, there are many, and they are excellent!!
According to your profile, you need to pass through AOW, Rescue, & preferably Nitrox before signing up for a Cavern or Cave course. And do alot more diving to get VERY comfortable with your diving skills and procedures.
Another 6 months to a year will put you in the proper experience category if you are diving every month and progressing.
