I was shocked to learn a lionfish had been sighted on Little Cayman back in 2007. None had been seen on Grand Cayman to that point. These islands are so far out of the way. Like so many other spots in the Caribbean you can see them on the reefs today.
Chef Ron at Tukka at East End, Grand Cayman has come up with a lionfish delicacy that might motivate divers to grab all the lionfish they can find for the table.
