Changing video format from Quicktime to Windows?

A few options:

1. You can open quicktime files in Adobe Premiere, do your editing, and export them as Windows type files.

2. Use VirtualDub, VLC, or Rad Video tools to transcode before editing into a WMV.

3. Pay for Quicktime Pro and convert to other file types pre-editing.
 
This video was taken with a C5050? Nice job. Which of these softwares did you use for editing? I've got the C4000...I'd like to try one of these out.
