I just returned from a single day dive trip to Anacapa; one of California's Channel Islands. The diving was good, about 30 feet visibility, with much interesting life. Highlights were: Bat ray, white bass, giant sea bass, porpoise, harbor seal and bugs, bugs, bugs. They just flaunt being in a protected area. We took the Spectre out of Ventura. The captain and crew were outstanding! The BBQ chicken got a thumbs up.

Gotta love the channel islands... my stomping grounds (so to speak)
