cheap flight posting, good or bad idea?

I am always looking for an enexpensive way to get to clear, warm water. I was wondering if anyone would post a good deal on flights if they come across one. I realize that "a good deal" is not the same for eveyone. what i was thinking was flights around 300 dollars. example: flight from stl to puerta viarta on hotwire in nov. $311. Spelling doesnt count.

I don't get out much to any tropical paradises, but that sounds like a great idea to me.

It's easy to set up price alerts with FareCompare and Hotwire. You're able to specify areas to follow and price points at which to be alerted.
I am sure others offer that, too.
It's nice to get those emails!
FareCompare also gives alerts to followers on Twitter...
