Cheap Hero 2 Case Flat Lens Wanted

I have a Hero 2 with the infamous "can't focus underwater" lens.

With the Hero 3 in the field the number of options has greatly diminished and are no longer available (Mako, etc.). I could buy a complete housing for $65 but but the time I do that I'm approaching the point where I could just buy a new Hero 3 Silver.

Does anyone have a Hero 2 solution that they are no longer using? In other words, what has made it to your junk drawer that can get you a couple bucks and me a usable underwater housing for my Hero 2?

I would just get the official housing from GoPro - they are under $40 now:

We have a hero 3, but still take our old hero with dive housing on trips as a spare/backup.
