I've had very good luck traveling by myself with the Agressor fleet. Even though Feb isn't peak season for Cocos, you'll still see lots of sharks, with the benefit of flatter seas and warmer water. I wouldn't pay full price for that time of year, but if you can catch a sale, go for it! (My next visit will be in July/August of 2019, rain, rough crossing and all.)
 
Was at Turks and Caicos in May on a liveaboard, a number of years ago, have seen only a number of small reef sharks. Maybe I was unlucky.
 
I go on one more adventuresome trip a year without my wife. I did Red Sea 2016, Cocos 2017, Galapagos this year, Socorro next year.
