tkaelin ...Alucard has more dives then me in that area.

My perspective is on the hard pan you can see just about anything this week we saw Baracuda,Squid,small Ray,all sorts of small and juvenile reef species,Mutton Snapper,Angels,Filefish and more.What we usually do is on the way back instead of hanging on the ball we make our way on the bottom and do our safety stop as we head in it's not a hard place to navigate.It is definatly worth doing as Alucard says

I couldn't agree more. I have spent hours on the hard pan in the area between, LHPT. TR and CB, day and night. I have seen nearly everything that I have sighted diving off the mini or the main wall ,including my closest encounter with a Hammerhead ( 20ft depth just off the main gulley at TR) and as far as macro subjects, a bunch more on the shallow hard pan!
