a liveaboard trip...some serious understatement there. The boat ride out and back to Cocos is ~65 hours.
You can choose from the Okeanos Aggressor or the Undersea Hunter/Sea Hunter boats.
You can figure on spending about $3K (+/-) each for 10-day dive trips. Then there's airfare and other little expenses like nitrox, souvenirs, tips...
For two people, take ten grand out of savings and be prepared to spend most of it...
