When it gets back from Miami I'll send you a picture of it and the manual. It's about a decade old and is 3phase and three stage, looks just like the MCH8 from their website.

Ah ... then you either have the MCH13 or the MCH16. The size of the motor will be the easiest tell. MCH16 uses 7 hp while the MCH13 uses 5.5 hp.
