That's definitely not supported by the numbers in that thread you linked.
Depends on the temperature. At low temperature it can go over 100% and drop out liquid water.
 
i think you have a better chance of getting it from contact on the outside of the tank itself since anything that goes into the compressor goes through filters before the bank then into the tank being filled.
