Cozumel fish id photos............ let's look at some rope and tube sponges

One of the things that I love the most about the reefs in Cozumel is the COLOR of all the sponges. Other destinations (dare I mention Bonaire) have pretty yellow or purple, but not much red rope sponges.


so show me your Rope Sponges

and tube sponges

pink vase sponges, too!

so show me your Cozumel sponges!!!

It always amazes me how good photographers can get the colors out of our reefs! Beautiful pix!

I don't photograph my meals or drinks but I've got some sponges. (Not sure what I have in Rope Sponges but I'll look).

and a Seahorse pretending to be yellow sponge..... another reason I love sponges, you will never know what is hiding there, trying to disguise themselves.
