Cracking the Atomic Aquatics 'hose code' ?

Hi, a while back I'd bought a very good condition (used) Atomic T2 with standard equipment swivel hose. I took it in for service (as it was used with unknown service history) and picked it up today and was curious as to it's production date. I see the number '021305'' on the hose, I suspect this might be a date code, does anyone know ? Feb 13, 2005 seems kinda obvious, is that the date ?

I've also purchased Atomic swivel hoses in the part that have numbers like: '3Q11' so, in this example it seems apparent the date-of-manufacture = 3rd quarter of 2011.
