Not just Bonaire. Maine's Gov. did the same yesterday announcing new travel restrictions plans. While mentioning Canadians as an important part of their tourism, she want on to announce the new travel plans, mentioning one part for NH and VT and the other for the other states. No mention of Canada as part of the new reopening plan. Hmm. Is it because Canada has its own close down rules that prevent its citizens from traveling out of the country?

Nah, you can travel wherever you can get to as long as your passport is valid. The govnt is advising against all but essential travel, but it’s just an advisory.

you might want to keep it closed at least until November. You know, to see what happens with this disease.

i'm not convinced there will be any solid empirical evidence to support a consensus on travel etc. for at least 14 months and closer to 18 to be honest....and even then, opinion will likely be split for several years following.

Does this mean I must solo dive the first 14 days?
