Check out your local hardware store, they may have something similar. Just be sure the blades are stainless & are sharp on both edges.
The shears are the same as used by paramedics/EMTs so you might fiind the same thing at a medical supply shop.
Paramedics usually carry them in a cool belt case that works well for diving also.
See if you can find the ones with big handles mad for using with gloves.
