Dacor viper Octopus

I was looking a regs and I saw that a brand new Dacor Viper coast 289.95 $$. And a Dacor Viper Octopus coast 89.95$$. Could I just by 2 Dacor Viper Octopus and be fine or do I have to buy the plain old reg and the Octo.
