I've been a DAN member ever since I started diving, but my engagement with DAN has been limited to giving them my credit card details once a year - and hoping I never have to phone them.
Just noticed that they have posted an online seminar 'Ears & Diving' accessible to DAN members.
Its quite wooden in presentation style, but full of lots of info which new divers might find helpful in understanding what's going on in your ears when you are diving. I particularly liked the brief in-ear video of equalisation in progress.
