When I went across, I dove with Yucatek divers. I did two cavern dives with them, I've also done a few trips of whale sharks with them as well.

I used Dive Mike for cenote diving. Shop is short walk from Playa Del Carmen ferry dock. Good time when Norte closes Coz port.
Highly recommend Pluto Dive, and their guide, Andrea. They're a short cab ride from the ferry pier:
