Hi,
Two faults have suddenly appeared with my DC1200:
1. When the lens opens or closes (eg. at power on, power off, or when lens retracts while viewing photos), the camera makes a long loud beep.
2. When in "LAND" mode, the left side of the screen (and in the photo) shows a curved black shadow. See attached photo for example.
PLEASE NOTE: Both these issues occur regardless of whether the camera is in the housing or not. I have tried resetting all settings back to factory default. I have tried with a different memory card. I have tried with a fully recharged battery. The lens protector does not appear to be getting stuck over the lens at all. The black shadow does not appear with the camera in "UNDERWATER" mode, only in "LAND" mode.
Can anyone assist me?
