I do have a buddy that knows a little sign language that of course I sign to underwater eventhough I know he doesn't understand anything I'm signing. :D I can't help it! I forget that not everyone knows how to sign fluently. Are there any Deaf Diver groups? or diving Interpreters??

Deaf Awareness Day is open to all interested. Last Saturday March 13, 2010) was a great day and a lot of fun. There are 'terps for different presentations and besides being a diver at the aquarium, I too am an interpreter.

The next Deaf Awareness Day will be in September, the date info is above.
