I'm interested in the Apeks manifold and bands but they're designed for Euro 12L tanks. What are the difference between 12L tall SCUBA tanks from Europe and HP100s (Worthington/PST) that we have here in the US? What are some of the differences in dimensions/sizing as well as buoyancy characteristics? Thanks a lot.

Looking to purchase this:
Apeks Twin Manifold

12.2 232bar fabers are 7 inch tanks vs the 7.25 you see for the 3442 tanks so slightly skinnier and taller. the UK version is lighter and less negatively buoyant than a x7-100 by a couple pounds.

the manifold should work fine as long as you get the 3/4 NPS version (watch out because m25 apparently is the standard version in the uk now). the bands won't fit though as they are sized for 7 inch tanks. only tanks you commonly see in that size are lp85s. vintage 72s are a smidge skinnier.
