Doc Intrepid:
There was a fundies course at EE taught within the past six months, I think by JJ and David Rhea. Unless I'm mistaken, it was also a checkout for another GUE fundies instructor. Other 'local' sources for info regarding fundies availability would be MHK or BCS, on this board.

My buddy took the DIRF class taught by JJ and Rhea at Devils / Blue Grotto sometime in April. There were a couple of instructors observing the class. If you want to take a class you can always email the instructor and ask him/her if they would be willing to teach the class if you could drum up the minimum number of students and your schedules could line up.

Good to hear. I was thinking of driving down Saturday for a visit. A pilgrimage to Mecca as it were!

I am incredibly excited to think that in a sport as cool as this, it's possible to get instruction at this level. That is once I scrape up the money, and get more fit.

There's a DIR-F in High Springs in July, according to their calendar. However, getting to hear from an instructor re; openings & prices takes patience.
