What are those fins I always see the DIR crowd wear? I am aware of the spring straps, but am interested in the official name of the fin. They are black in color.

Thanks,

Jason

Scubapro Jetfin.

XL... even if you really need a Large, do everything you can to make the XL fit, as the blade is significantly larger.

Problem is, they're only good for up to about size 10 if you have molded drysuit boots or rock boots.
Turtles can handle a 13 or larger, but the blade is also larger, the fin isn't quite as stiff, and I found the pocket a bit "sloppy".

I dumped my rock boots and just wear my wetsuit booties over the drysuit socks and sold my Turtles.

Scubapro Jet Fins

or Turtles.

but you knew that...

I have a friend thathas baby blue jet fins, and I also hear that they were once made in pale pink and light yellow. :) Yes they are still DIR if they are not black.
