C5150, I don't plan on taking them into the cabin. But my booties have been known to get pretty stinky after a few days and frankly, I find them unpleasant when doffing and donning. Ergo would like to be able to keep them freshish in the liveaboard environment that doesn't always have excess fresh water.

To the others thanks for your replies.

Make a 20:1 water/bleach solution and rinse them out with that. Fill them up with the solution and let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse them out good with straight water.
I made some bootie springs myself like another poster did I saw. They hold the boot open to dry better.
I drain them good then let them sit outside propped up or placed upside down on a broom stick so the water will continue to drain.
