This item has never been used, however, it has been in storage in an outdoor shed in Monterey, CA for about 7 years. The SuperWing incorporates two bladders to provide redundancy. As seen in the pictures, only one power inflator assembly with a 16-inch corrugated hose is included with this auction (currently attached to the back-up air cell). To use this wing, the end user will need to have a second power inflator assembly (to be attached to primary air cell).
The SuperWing provides up to 90 pounds/41 kgs of lift and can easily accommodate larger steel back-mounted tanks. It is designed for technical divers who carry multiple negatively buoyant tanks and stages. The SuperWing employs a Gusset Control System (GCS): a continuous bungee cord woven through tabs on the front face of the wing. The GCS cord helps the SuperWing maintain a small profile and the helps compression of the inner air cell when dumping air. The tough, ballistic nylon outer shell protects the inner air cell from abrasion and punctures.
