Dive south africa & sardine run 2016

Any suggestions for a trip to south africa? (13 days trip)

I trying to get the best of south africa, so I be thankfull for any advice on how to expend this 13 days.

My points of interest are this:

cape town 3 nigths -- 2 days of great white cage dive
Aliwal shoal 2 days
prote banks 1 day
sardine run 5 days
travel between cities --- 2 days

any other place?

Suggestions of how to expend those (13 days), maybe its to many places in that period of time.
so could be better to:


* skip Cape Town in order to get more days of sardin run and Aliwal shoal,
* or Skip Protea Banks and Aliwal shoal to get more days at cape town and sardine run
* 5 days of sardine run are enough?

What place its worth to expend more time or to skip? , Aliwal or Prote banks or White shark (cage dive) at Cape town?

All good questions, I hope you get some answers...would love to hear them myself. My wife is from S.A. and we plan to take a dive trip there in the next few years.
