Dive Xtras X-scooter DVD: What is he diving/flying?

In the Dive Xtras X-scooter DVD in the "Red Sea" portion of the film. What is this diver breathing off of? He's got a double hose, two tanks, a bent manifold, and maybe a scrubber in the middle. But he is exhausting bubbles. Is it an SCR? Just curious.

Can't tell for sure from the pics, but it looks like an RB80 rebreather ...
