This was taken direcly from wreck valley...Just wanted to pass it on.

I just found this on Modivers scuba board forum:

"Just a quick note to inform you (since you will hear about this sooner or later) that the OUTLAW lost a diver yesterday (for the first, and hopefully, the last time). He went in on the second group buoy dive for scallops and never came up. He was the fourth into the water of 5 divers. The CG did an extensive surface search with both a helicopter and then a C-130. Numerous dives were made covering all compass points from the spot where he went in and neither he nor his gear was spotted.

Sunny warm conditions topside, flat seas, 115' to the sand, no current either top or bottom, at least 20' vis from side to side.....ideal diving conditions....but something obviously went terribly wrong and we won't know what happened until he is found.

That's all that is known at this time."

I heard this from a buddy today. What a tragic event. I was out Sat afternoon and evening and the conditions were great. We all prey for the family and friends.
