Why fly to Orlando? If it's a dive holiday then base yourself in South Florida (West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale,Miami and/or Keys) and do a day trip up to Cape Canaveral. It's only a couple of hours or so up the Turnpike to CC from WPB and there's not enough to see or do for more than a day there. Worst case you go up the night before and stay overnight to get a full day there then drive back down South

Multiple flights will eat into your dive time too. If you've already "done" Florida diving then fair enough, but there is more than enough diversity to keep you interested
