Diving in Asia - Last week of November

I will be in Singapore on the 23 rd of November and am thinking of a diving trip from there may be to Indonesia for about 3 days. Any suggestions? Also If someone likes to join up with me that would be great. Only 20 dives so far logged by me but all in very bad seas.
