Extra Divers have a dive center in Burma, but only dayboats also. Extra Divers' affiliated centres are all more or less independent, and I'm not familiar with reviews of this particular place, so check it out thoroughly. They used to facilitate transfers and visas through Thailand as well since getting to the place through Burma itself was more troublesome logistically than flying into Phuket, but with Burma opening up, that may change.

A new company opened last year in Ranong (at the border with myanmar) they offer several cruises in Burma. Quite a nice boat but not luxury. its managed by a young french couple and called the smiling seahorse, their shop is on the main street. Enjoy burma, awesome diving
