Diving in Chesapeake Bay

Is there ANY place in the Chesapeake bay, north by Annapolis/Baltimore where one can dive and actually see something?

Only dirty Water, and a muddy bottom.

Other than going after oysters, there's nothing. And with the vis/temps what they are, I'd sooner just buy oysters.

Viz in the bay is at it's best right now, maybe 6-10 feet. I may be able to get you on an oyster dive if you are interested. PM me.

Viz is best in the winter time. There are lots of things to see such as U-1105, and the S-55. Our next U-1105 trip will be on 20 April (Sea Ventures Dive Shop Home Page). We consider the U-1105 and advanced dive becasue of depth (85ft), currents, low temp, and low viz.
