I think you're referring to the "clawback" provision that bankruptcy trustees have at their disposal.

I am sure you have all heard this but Aggressor and a few others are stepping in to help. We had a fully paid trip for 2 scheduled on Nekton starting May 29 and Aggressor honored the full fair towards a trip later this summer. I picked Cayman but they said they would honor it on any of the Caribbean locations. More expensive than I was planning but better than just writing it off.

Nekton website indicates claim forms are going out in June. We will see what comes of it but I am not optimistic.
