I would guess about $30 for a charger, $100 for batteries, $20 for LED SSC P7, $5 for driver. May be another $150-200....
Just a guess.
 
Battery pack- depends on which LED you want to use. 12V is a bit high for a P7. Still need a $30 battery charger.
 
I was going to put a halogen bulb in it but decided I didn't like that idea. I then realized I no longer had the ability to lay down a quality soldier joint...so here we are.

Packhorse offered to help me out but he's so far away. I may still try to do it if the light doesn't move soon, but if I can sell it, and put what I was going to pay for the parts I still need to buy, I can almost pay for a DR 500 lumen light.
