it does give me an error message that it cannot find the file. I was told by support to try installing it as an admin user. I am sending it back. It did not record my first dive only the second, and now this.
I am unable to run it as admin user on this computer. I work on computers and am technical. No software should be this difficult, and the computer should not have lost my first dive. I have already purchased something else which installed easily.
