does any of the gear in these listing look like a good deal, assuming they fit me?

masks no,
exposure protection, maybe offer $70 for all, fins not bad

Hog Razorbak Frameless Mask - Dive Right in Scuba
this is a great mask and quite cheap, preferred by many a tech diver.

SCUBA Equipment, 2 sets
the fins from that are much better if he'll break it up. Regs are good too, just old. Still breath well and you can service them yourself

Make an offer of $70 for all this?

XS Scuba V3 mask and snorkel-$40
Neosport 7/5mm hood-$10
Subgear boots L-$20
Henderson H2 Titanium gloves L brand new-$40
Neosport 7/5mm wetsuit L (small tear in the collar)-$70
Cressi Sub Frog fins S/M-$15

That is the real market price for all that?

I am a noob, just trying to figure this out.

didn't see the gloves on there, maybe $100 for that. this is all assuming it all actually fits, there is no money in the world worth having ill fitting exposure protection, especially up there.

Half of the retail price is the maximum value of gear. Half again is a reasonable offer. It is not like most used scuba gear is hard to find.
