hey guys, i am 15 almost 16 and i want to go on a scuba charter without my parents . i want to go with a group of divers overseas. is that possible? I really want to go bak to cayman islands or to bonaire. if any one knos of any teen charters or groups that travel that except teens pleaz tell me thanks, jewel
