Does Cobra lose data when battery is replaced?

Does anybody know if the Cobra looses it's data when you replace the battery? I just pulled my computer out for an upcoming trip and see that the low battery symbol is on. Unfortunately, it's so low that I can't connect it to my PC to pull off the data. I think I have everything on my PC except the last trip that I went on and would hate to loose those dives.

It does not lose data, but the date and time reset

Reset the date and time before attempting downloading data after a battery change. Some software gets confused if the computer resets to the default date and from the point of view of the computer all of the dives happened in the future.
