Looks like a peppermint goby to me. Compare with the picture in Humann’s second or third edition. (The one in the first edition is not as distinctive.)

It's a "peppermint goby" (Coryphopterus lipernes). The distinguishing mark is the electric blue wash on the snout. Nice pic.

But it's still value added. It seems more reliable when two of us independently provide the same answer.
 
Not a goby but a blenny - I already voted for the Saddled Blenny in another thread. My vote is for the Peppermint Goby too.
