Dring installs...Mine always slide

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Is there a guide how how to install a dring? I copy exactly what is on the other side of my wing and it slides.
 
My understanding is that for places where the webbing is only run-through once, you will want a serrated/toothed triglide.

Also, notice that the middle part of the triglide isn't exactly flat with the edge. I think you will want to orient the triglides so that the middle part is away from your body, i.e. the middle part is in contact with the D-ring, not dipping away from it. This causes the webbing to make greater turns through the triglide and therefore create more friction against the webbing.
