Yeah, the large MK-3 is probably too big on me, trapping too much air and making it too difficult to control buoyancy. Probably a medium would have been much better.

But that 4th element stuff looks awesome! My GF got the arctic top, and the only problem is, she is too warm!

Speaking of GF, she loved her fusion, but would always want to call a dive after 20-30 min, because she was getting chilled. I convinced her to get a crushed neoprene, and she got a SeaTux on the advice of a friend, and she loves it, wouldn't go back to the fusion now.
 
Only problem with crushed neoprene is that they can still lose buoyancy at depth, but thankfully not as bad as the normal stuff. SeaTux does make good suits though, everyone I know absolutely loves them.
