i think you are offering a great price, but wanted to point out you may want to be careful making statements about the rubber being perfect. just donning a 5 year old suit, can pop rubber ... just a thought

I understand your point. I can say that in my 20+ years experience with wetsuits, the rubber on this suit is in excellent condition, and does not show any signs of wear, dryness or cracking. Perfect is a subjective term.
