Butchered eagle ray found in East End | Cayman Compass

My first encounter with an eagle ray happened two decades ago and it was such a spectacular experience that I'll never forget it. I was exploring a rock outcropping in St. Croix (macro stuff). As I came over the top of it, an eagle ray scooted by within about 2 feet. Neither one of us was aware of the other until the encounter. The experience made a lasting impression on me. So much that my first tattoo was of an eagle ray. This really sickens me...

Maybe it was the same person or persons who were sexually molesting the ponies at the riding school last year.
Heinous, pointless, cruel, sick crimes.

I hope the authorities catch the perpetrator.
