Saw on CNN a few minutes ago that there was an earthquake (5.6 on the richter scale) near Izu peninzula this evening. No tsunami warnings, but I just wondered if anyone was diving there at the time.

From what I hear, it's still drysuit weather so I imagine that would cut down on divers. It's now "Golden Week," but Monday wasn't a holiday so even less. Probably a few folks in the water, but my question: if you were diving would you feel it? Hmmm....
