It looks a lot like this light minus a few things like the lens filters and the choice of bulbs and battery packs.

Given the one being sold on Ebay is listed with a 4000mA battery, which would be the Sony rather than the Sanyo battery and the current problem Sony is having with Li-Ion batteries catching fire I’d be tempted to spend the extra $129 for the 24 watt version with the Sanyo battery.
