I had the pleasure to go on a wreck diving trip to Coron last week. The wrecks were great, but I was even more impressed with some really really healthy reefs in the north of Palawan, which we dived on the way. Also unique is the barracuda lake, which has 2 halo/thermoclines, and is up to 37C warm. I'd actually be really interested in learning more about the geology of this lake, though I couldn;t find much online.
