Can I dive my already ordered ET (35# bladder) in cold water here in San Diego? I am getting the rear and the zip touch weight pockets. I usually carry 20# with my HP120 and 22# with my HP100. I weigh 220ish and am losing weight, and my exposure protection is a 7mm BARE Sport over a 5/3 Pinnacle hooded vest. My usual BC is a SeaQuest Pro QD+.

I am getting the ET for travel to warm water, but using it here too would be a huge bonus.

As long as the buoyancy loss due to compression of your wetsuit does not exceed 35# ( I double it will) the 35# is plenty.
