Just bad luck probably. Today I saw a loggerhead turtle and another big green turtle. And a couple of big groupers and barracuda. And an eagle ray at our safety stop. All on Paso de cedral. And lots of itty-bitty things.

Today on Palancar reef. Afternoon dive. About 31 feet.


Question, is this a “great” hammerhead shark encounter in Cozumel or a Great Hammerhead Shark? Or perhaps neither? The shark was roughly 12 feet and an unexpected treat. (I shot the video by the way)
