I'm a Fish!
Are there any computers that can show depth in feet and temperature in centigrade at the same time?

I can dive in feet and to fahrenheit or meters and celsius but can’t mix the two.

As soon as I saw this post, I said "this has to be a Canadian." Then I looked at your location. Oh yeah.

I know - I have the same complaint. I dive in feet, I measure temperature in degrees C. Luckily, water temp isn't a big deal - I usually measure temperature in 'mind numbingly cold/finger numbing cold/just chilly variants. :)

I'll second Boogie...I knew it had to be a Canadian.

Why does the temp really matter to you during a dive? If you want to log the temp...just hit it with a conversion calculation to something relavant.

It's much more important to know your depth in units which are immediately "recognized" by your brain.

Funny how only the canadian have this issue. Everyone else has decided on metric or imperial by now, but we just can't get away from the US who just won't give in.

Anyway, just dive in feet, cause it makes more sense, and figure out rough conversions for temp. I'm sure it's not a huge variation on temps if you're diving around here. Pretty freeking cold any way you look at it.
